Founder of Sogi's Honey Bakeshop
Sogoal (or Sogoalz to some) is the cookie prodigy behind Sogi’s Honey Bakeshop, a bespoke hand-painted pastry shop whose cheeky cookies you’ve likely seen all over Instagram. In addition to being a talented watercolor artist and pastry chef, she’s one of the funniest gals we’ve met (see: quiz). We toured her sweetly whimsical apartment in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Don’t miss her bagel cookies pictured below, which are cookies painted to look like bagels. Craving a bagel now? So are we.
